Blackheads are the best to watch and most satisfying IMO. Surprisingly I had not come across your channel until now, as I am already subscribed to a lot of the most satisfying channels already. Needless to say I subbed here immediately. More videos just like this one please! The bigger the blackheads the better of course! My favourite locations are back, ear and legs! It's insane but there is something unique about extracting a big blackhead from ones leg that is different and special. Of course the ear and back can be some of the most surprisingly good locations as well. The biggest most satisfying comedones I ever saw were on Dr.Pimple Poppers channel on a 91 year old man with gigantic blackheads that were literally decades old and amazing to witness the extraction on.. I have a feeling you know the video in question as anyone like me that enjoys these videos is undoubtedly familiar with.

First, thank you to your patient for sharing this with us. I don't want to be insensitive to the struggles of their skin. I hope you will continue to video and share this patients progress. I look forward to seeing the improvements. These are far and away the best popping videos I've seen. Now to give my opinion like anyone cares, I really like your cup extractor. Not all I've seen do as great a job as yours. The cotton buds are great for the juicy ones but I feel they slide around too much. Again, thank you for allowing us to follow this patients progress. Very well said, Wendy. (I care....) As much as I love these videos, their suffering makes me unhappy. I just can't imagine having such an extreme case of this type of disfiguring acne. And, I also agree with your words regarding their willingness to be filmed. I, too, like the cup extractor for the smaller ones, but the larger, liquid ones definitely need the cotton buds. (although expensive, once the c.b.s get wet or oily, there's too much sliding around - and too much skin damage.) All that said, what a great series of acne management! All of my comments here are my own opinions.

You are getting so much better with the use of the q-tips!! I heard Enilsa make a comment on her latest video that may help you some. She commented that is was very important to keep the q-tips that you are using clean and DRY. That once the q-tips get oily from sliding over the face it can cause "rug burn" to the skin. I did notice a couple of times when your q-tip slipped that there did seem to be a mark where it slid over the skin. At 5:39 it seems that is where the q-tip got oiliest.. Then you can actually see a mark at 9:42. Just passing on what Enilsa said hoping it would help you. Please keep up the great work you are doing with this patient. I still prefer the q-tip method to the extractor cup one...

Am I the only one that reeeaaaly enjoys it when an emptied pore is really deep and it leaves a hole in the skin and you can see a tiny bit of blood underneath? Its so satisfying for me to know how much stuff came out and then to see the pore is all blown out. 🤔

I think the only thing you still need to remember is to stretch their skin while using qtips, or there is a lot of slippage. Also if it is an oily surface, or using an oily product, they will def slide around. I love your videos, so happy to see them daily for the past few days!

I am just a popaholic and like most practitioners but I definitely think that some are much better than others. Dr. Lalit Kasana is my number one then Loan Nguyen, GaSpa, then Dr. Sandra Lee among others including Enilsa Brown. She is quite professional and does less trauma to her patients.

You’re getting very impressive results with the surgical swabs (cotton buds / Qtips), Dr Kasana. I imagine that you will vary your technique according to your patients' skin conditions. Did you notice around the lip he pierced more pores than he extracted? I believe he should video every extraction on this guys face.. I could very well be wrong, but it doesn't feel like it...do you have any thoughts..I'll be off early tonight, but am interested in your thoughts.

Hi pattie lowe - I think I understand your point and I agree, especially about this client having the potential to be Dr. Kasana's *breakthrough* case. Dr. Kasana's videos seem to be very tightly edited to maximise the time showing actual extractions (much like the "highlights" videos on Josefa Reina's and Enilsa Brown's respective fans' channels). The problem with that approach is that viewers new to the genre may not be aware of how much time is spent in preparation and how much can be lost in unsuccessful or only partially successful attempts to extract stubborn comedones. Meanwhile, the experienced (let's be honest: hardcore) popaholics are putting two and two together and coming up short of four. My personal preference is to watch longer, unedited sequences for new videos, which I mostly view at 2x speed and back up for the top pops. I do love the two fan channels I mentioned but I don't think I'd enjoy their content quite so much if I hadn't seen the original, uncut material first. I would like to see every extraction and every attempt in Dr. Kasana's videos but I'm aware that I may be in the minority. *The one thing we probably all agree on is, if we see a big zit on a client's face, we want to see it dealt with-NOW!* Sorry about the essay in response to your comment but you did ask a writer for her opinion. 🤓 Cheers, Nadine
