Hi Carla. If Doctors put their work out for people to see they should be big enough to accept criticism as well as praise. That’s how you get better at your work. When people Pat you on your back and falsely say “ what a great job” the Doctor thinks he has no reason to improve. In this case there IS room for improvement so he should be thanking me because I’m being truthful and helping him to see that he could do better by his clients. I was a bit rude so I do apologise for that. It was just frustration at seeing so many pores left with gunk in them. Non the less there was no need for it.

In my opinion in the previous videos I've watched the skin of the client has been greatly impoved. I do agree that some of the sebum was left in some pores but of course we didn't see the full treatment of this particular client. I appreciate your reply. Take care

@@katebaxter1160 This customer has melanated skin, and was clearly in physical distress. Continuing to probe and manipulate the skin, after the greater part of the pore has been cleared, only leaves room for scarring and hyperpigmentation. The customer will have to come from more than one appointment, and once the skin has had time to recover, and been washed and exfoliated over this time, any remaining debris will likely come out in the process. If not, the doctor can remove the rest safely without damage at the next session. The skin must be handled with care. Why that is so difficult for people to comprehend, is strange. The customer’s comfort, and optimal results take priority over viewers entertainment value. You may not see all of the ”gunk” removed when you want to see it.

I’m not a fan of metal extractors as they don’t seem to completely clean the pores and make a mess of the face. The best way and least traumatic to the face are q-tips when used expertly.

I liked that you pulled that hair out of the black head + ingrown hair. Not all do that and just leave the hair and it annoys me so much lol. I want to see the whole hair pulled out some are pretty long and crazy curly. I have had one I removed myself.
