16 deaths over the course of about 60 years of comics comes out to a death approximately every 4 years. So every graduating class at Xavier's school gets to go to a Jean Grey Funeral. It's probably a school tradition by this point.

there are analogies to the Phoenix in egyptian and persian myth, but commonly it is attributed to greek myth. I don't know which of those three came first exactly. Raven's name is Rachel Roth, i assume Wiz just meant Raven was her moniker. Kira was actually Raven the first time around in DB as well, i believe, which is pretty cool. A surprising amount of big names have actually been in DB, some as their own characters, like Bryce Papenbrook as Archie Silver and Johnny Yong Bosch as Ichigo Kurosaki (Esu Onsti is it's no use backwards, and Ichigo's VA was listed as a known pseudonym) and some as different ones, like Erica Mendez as Rainbow Dash and Kaiji Tang as All Might. Super excited for next time! it's one of the more clear cut fights we've had in a while, there's just a really stubborn section of the fanbases of both DB, Berserk, and Fire Emblem that will not admit that Fire Emblem characters are quite strong instead of barely above human level no matter how much evidence they are presented with, so i could see it ironically ending up causing discourse anyway

@@csk7769 Neat. Also don't tell me which way the next match is clear cut. Though I was reading that apparently Dimitri has an ability that lets him ignore any armor, which would mean he could cut through Guts's special soul killing armor or whatever it is that eats him alive.
