RITCHIE BLACKMORE is my hero because.... He is famous for his work with DP... became a legend with Rainbow.... in 1997 he wanted a smaller and more private audience and he got it.... Now he does it for 15 years and is happy with it. He can do whatever he wants and he allways gets a new audience and a new fellowship. He is a magic guitar player ! LONG LIVE RITCHIE ! +ChrisShredGuitar You are missing the whole point: She could be an ok background singer, he belongs to center stage! But she wanted to make a simple minstrel out of Ritchie. The band sounds ok, but for her to take the center stage and send someone like Ritchie in the background/shadows, seems like a grotesque farce.

+ChrisShredGuitar I can't stand her voice. I wouldn't even be able to explain that, but I just dislike her tone very very much. Generally I like bands like Blackmore's Night. I visit those typical german medieval marcets very often, have several favourite bands there. So I'm not some of Blackmore's old fans who just want to see him play another type of music. I like his old music a lot, but I would be very happy if I was able to also like his new music since it is one of my favourite genres. But her voice... from my point of view awful. But of course that is an opinion and not a provable fact.

Gracias!
