I think having a Leader is better than having a Main Visual because a leader is basically just to be the one who hears out the members' complaints and pass it down to the management, and to hear instructions from the management to pass down to the other members. Not for anything really major. They also lead the groups in introductions/chants. Basically also the one who keeps the team dynamics well such as avoiding internal conflict. Like a friend squad having a "mother" HAHA
