I like tools like this for the what does it do bucket ...there must be a ton of blacksmiths tools out there that work beautifully for something but only the one who made it actually knows what I particularly like when I make something that would be a junker, but turns out to do something else really well. Its worth having a bucket for such things just in case and only recycle them if they really are crap I'm looking forward to seeing how this works...so far it looks the business thanks for sharing

This is a very clever tool ! Thank you for this ! - I also have to note -That out of the many dozens of videos of forge welding on youtube , you have to be the only one that uses the flux over the flux container. So many other smiths flux over the anvil making a mess, and losing a lot of flux too. You Sir run a very tidy shop.

Good stuff. I've been so busy I haven't actually swung my hammer in 2 months. Luckily I have a ton of my "merch" already forged and ready for the show table. Currently I started training again(mma). I have a big full plate... Haha. And good looking on the scale being an issue with welds. I had to learn the long way. I have a pretty "dirty fire". I have a gas forge as well, but using a 30/70 mix, charcoal and anthracite coal I save some money over propane. 🍻
