Bruce, I just love watching you cook. I am new to Blackstone Griddle cooking, but I'm an old broad from New Orleans, living in California, who loves to cook Cajun style. It's so much fun to watch you take those classic dishes my grandmother taught me, and make them work on the Blackstone. Thank you from another Mitchell.

Bruce, I loved you on Swamp People, and I love your cooking show even more! I'm so glad to see the picture of you and Tyler. He sure was a special friend and family member, not just a dog! Bruce, you are the good person this world needs more of! I wish I could taste your cooking, personally, because I know I can't do it justice! Nonetheless, I can't wait to try your recipes! I've been wanting a Blackstone griddle for years! This makes me want to say, "Ah the hell with it. I'm splurging on a Blackstone." 😂 Keep up the fantastic videos! They are the most entertaining and down to earth cooking videos I've ever watched! LOVE THEM!

Love Bruce. Always a good lesson after a great recipe. I don’t have a blackstone but I used this recipe on my grill I have cooking copper sheets on (gives same effect as blackstone but without that cast iron like season) and it was fantastic. Substituted the mud bugs for some leftover imitation crab I’ve had in the fridge a bit but didn’t have the stuff to make rangoons or cakes. Great way to use it up instead of just tossing it in an omelette or fried rice.

Bruce, I love the show! We have a small camping group that I told about your jambalaya video. Since we all have different likes, I cooked up all the ingredients but left them separate. We wrote our initials on our tins and then went through (like a buffet line) and added to our tins. Wrapped them for 25 minutes (as instructed) and WOW. What a hit! Doing it again this weekend. Thanks, Dan
