@@TurtleC0mic, we have a former chef friend that we visit in Tampa, he works in sales now for a National food distributor. I already sent this vid to him, he replied "let's do it". I've never looked for gator meat in Ohio, but there are enough specialty grocers & butchers now, it may be expensive, but I'm going to look. I've tried finding iguana thighs/tail online that would ship, wasn't successful. Gator meat should be much easier. I'll update this if/when I find it.

Omg looks so yummy. An pancetta is bacon that hasnt been smoked or cured. Its raw form ❤. Once u smoke it or cure it it becomes bacon. The meat of all breakfast meats.... 😂
