I bought my husband a 28" griddle (we affectionately call GRIDDL in our text messages) for our 30th anniversary. It is the best gift I've ever given, especially to him! He's been using it so much we had to get a backup tank! Your videos are really helping me to step up my own GRIDDL game. Great example of Birria. I do my meat in a pressure cooker, but you nailed the cooking of the chile sauce in the oil. Finished on the Blackstone, yum!

Looks gooooood! Havent tried it. But i see some videos where people use an instant pot to cut the cooking time shorter. Not sure if it will make a difference. I probably also dont pronounce it correctly 😂 My pronounciation is closer to a "beer yah" tacos.
