Okay so I will be updating results frequently (I think) I’m 16 years old and I’ve had grey hairs since like primary school I started taking one tablespoon of blackstrap molasses with hot water everyday in the morning since October 12. It’s been nearly three months and I still do have a lot of grey hairs but I feel like the rate at which my hairs are turning grey are slowing down - I don’t see that many new ones. I have also noticed a change in my period cramps - I don’t have as much pain as before. I’m still going to keep going and will hopefully seem some changes Update : Feb 4 I haven’t really seen much change since last time but I have found a few hairs where it is really really black and thick and I have kind of dark dark brown hair not black so the black strap molasses may have had an impact. They are seeing how we are using these products so they are raising the prices. If you remember coconut oil was basically pennies on the dollar, olive oil was also somewhat cheap and honey is medicinal, the prices have increased because they know we are using those products to make soaps and DIY skin care. Older men and women have to be careful about taking blackstrap molasses because it can cause iron build up, which weakens the veins. If you are still menstruating, it should be fine.
@Altamisal6 жыл бұрын
Well, here is what Dr. Axe says about it: draxe.com/blackstrap-molasses/ "It's perfectly safe to consume blackstrap molasses in food amounts, and it supplies the essential vitamins and minerals that keep your body functioning properly. Some people might develop allergic reactions to molasses due to a sensitivity toward the sulfite present in sulfured molasses. For this reason, I suggest you purchase unsulfered blackstrap molasses. Also, keep in mind that the glycemic index for molasses is 55, which is moderate and means that people should not consume large amounts of it. It should be used as a more nutritious sweetener."

I am not being arguementative- just did some extra "googling" and typed this question in and this came up..see below ↓ Can iron supplements cause iron overload? However, unless you have an iron overload disorder, you generally do not need to worry about getting too much iron from your diet. Iron supplementation is another story. It benefits those who suffer from iron deficiency, but may cause harm in those who are not iron-deficient.Jun 4, 2017

All you need is Garlic Tariaki Sauce & Molases. For one large piece of Salmon I put a quarter cup of Garlic Tariaki Sauce and a quarter cup of Molases. I blend them together to make a nice thick sauce. I use Skinless Salmon and marinate in it for about an hour before broiling. I broil each side for 8 minutes in a glassware. I garnish it with fresh cut scallions and cilantro which adds texture, fragrance and taste. You can make it a nice meal by adding a side dish of Basmatti White Rice with a few drops squirted of lime or lemon juice. Serve it with Riesling Wine if you drink some. Notice - No Oil or Butter needed. Key is to marinate for an hour and broiling each side for 8 minutes. Let me know how it came out.

Ugh. Dude, I'm 25 Male, started greying at 19. Just embrace it. You're 42 Taking BSM without any blood test and lab work is a waste of time. You need to check your nutritions level. Then you can decide what to take after seeing which nutrition you're lacking
@pierre_gabriel5 жыл бұрын
I've been taking organic molasses for almost a year and I have some considerations to say. First, I'd like to point out that eating foods that contain copper will not make your hair acquire a brown/copper color. This is not logical. If you have black hair and you notice some of them are brown, it means those are in the process of becoming gray, that is, they're losing their color. So, brown hair isn't a good sign. Now let's go to the good news. For many times I saw some of my hair strands divided in white and black color. The first part of the strand was black and the second white. So, this at least proves a white hair can become black again. I'm not in my 30's yet, so I still have a lot of black hair and I'm trying to revert the grays I already have and to prevent more from appearing. My main concern is regarding my beard, and I think molasses is doing a good job, since the few grays I had in my beard disappeared. But in my head the process is slower and the result is still not satisfactory.

Lola's Life Lessons I've had it in herbal tea and don't mind it nearly as much as I used to. I haven't tried it in coffee yet, but seeing as I drink coffee every day I'm going to try it. Hopefully that will be just the thing I need to do to get me drinking BSM every day, as I should be. Wheat grass is loaded with all sorts of things our bodies need and while I do drink wheat grass occasionally for the plethora of benefits it offers, I can't say I'm a fan of the taste lol. So mixing the two together... I can't imagine it's enjoyable! It sure does sound healthy though. If its just a shot in the morning, I suppose it could be easy to get down...
