I remember watching the 5ds anime as a kid and loving blackwings. I didn't really know about the competitive yugioh scene, but years later when I learned about it, I eventually started playing edison format and finally got to live out my childhood dream. I didn't know much about blackwings after edison, so this was a great video explaining everything! thank you

Honestly, I think it's worth bringing up that after their second waveof support, aside from vayu they were given just the worst support until arc-v gave them like 3 good cards, then disappeared until last year

How about a Blackwing/Raid Raptor deck? If the synchro and xyz engines can mesh that could be a pretty strong deck. I'm not that good of a deck builder so I could be wrong about that.

Don’t really personally think of them in the sense of blackwing, this was more an overview of the decks relevancy rather than the individual cards within the archetype.

Gofu is a generic one card link 3+ he is a tuner which means he is a one card needlefiber+tuner. Steam the cloak is also a 1 card needle fiber+ an insane target for needle fiber. You may ask "Why not ban needlefiber" then? Well I do not work at konami.
