underrated comment Nobody liked this zone, but it is amazing Conceptually, Outland is incredible, Nethstorm and Blade's Edge are peak, it's crazy inventive and you get a sense of the developers' genius joy of creating - how the fk do you come up with this shit If you read some of the quest texts accompanied with the music across Outland, the entire setting is bleak. You're on a dying world. There's nothing you can do to change its fate. Thousands of lives trapped on a doomed planet. Blade's Edge feels sort of free from that sense, and what do you get? A zone almost entirely devoid of water and peaceful wildlife, even the jagged landscape is inimical, if not adorned with the corpses of a nigh extinct dragonkind. A region beyond savagery or any of the opposite that defines it as such. Nothing is safe and welcome here.

The amount of content this zone brought is so much underrated ... the Ogr’ila reputation grind and the thing with apexis shards and the mini boss’s.. damn I have fond memories of this zone. Pain in the ass without a flying mount tbh

More atmosphere and immersion in this single TBC zone, than all of BfA and Legion combined.
@sonia4174 жыл бұрын
Legion did have amazing music I must say,but BFA absolute trash. TBC is the most glorious expansion when it comes to music and atmosphere. Nothing comes close. I have 1 hr long versions of every zone on my phone, and Ive been listening to them for years.
@Judge_RR2 жыл бұрын
@@sonia417 You need to clean your ears and get your eyes checked if you think, in your opinion only, of course, that BFA was trash. BFA had better music than Legion and better progression than Legion. It has more pleasing / appealing artwork and there was just much more to do across the board. What is it with you peasants always going back to the stone age where there was hardly anything? Your logic is flawed and it is always encumbered by a false sense of reality.
@sonia4172 жыл бұрын
@@Judge_RR did I talk to you? Be gone.
@leaucard56139 ай бұрын
@@Judge_RR Imagine having such bad tastes that you would praise BFA, one of the top 3 worst expansions with Wod and shadowland. You talk about peasants yet your taste in expansions show your utter lack of culture when it comes to aesthethic, game content and story (which you did not mention, but at this point might as well assume that you're foolish enough to think it is a good product). Please never speak about tastes again so that the world may be free of yet another idiot's ramblings.

I used to adore this type of atmospheric music in this game. I was so disappointed later with how all the tracks started to sound like some Loney Tunes orchestra, like when Tom and Jerry are chasing each other. I feel it mainly started with the Panda Bear expansion.
