Wait so stamina is the health not defense? That explains why i have so little health with all my stats on attack and defence

uhhh yeah bro its in the name stamina is health and defence is defence... i dont know how you can mess that up xD also dont mix str with defence thats not good get a strong set that pushing one stat a lot like atronador for strength gleipnir or spectre for defence or angel with stamina, and then for exacmple if you want to do a defence build slot like 400 into speed 800 into stamina and rest into defence or whatever your building you need survivability and power defence and strength can do that

You dont change crystals they just upgrade your blade to legendary (increases stats )
