Today security now aim to take on veteran soldiers as security staff for manning the live TVshows no thanks to us veterans complaining. They can't do it with cut backs, or employing the wrong people for the job because they can't be arsed with the time commitment of finding the right security for the job as there are many highly trained intelligence officers and SAS ex soldiers who apply to turn up for the job but somehow always get let down because of too many civilians unemployed who apply for security in the show business jobs with hardly no knowledge of intelligence and risk assessment but just knowledge of walking around and drinking cups of tea every hour on the job and then back room checkpoint for a banter or sleep till they get radio called in that there is a issue and need possible assistance so yes that is why we got bad security with no formed SAS veteran experiences. I not suprised how easy it would be for a bomber or shooter to gain access in to restricted areas of building, this is why we need highly trained SAS or navy intelligence former veterans all part of team in showing each other the meaning of CDRILS. Courage, discipline, respect, integrity, loyalty and selfless commitment is most important to act on than just talk on so all security staff there without experiences need to take these bad asses hints seriously as l have acted on those traits without mention and so did our brothers in armed forces which all out of total had prevented lot more life's of innocent civilians from being killed or just another tragic accident happening. Yes, we do need more highly trained veterans to take on the security breachers before he/ she illegally enters private members only building today and asses if a threat by negotiating matters to why they crossed and doing search check to make sure they aren't got wires or anything illegal on them that imposes a security threat to everyone inside building before we send them on their way out as he/ she should declare to us their names after check to see if any are recognised in our dealings with in past on system database and if not then so we have them on record for next time and know how to deal with them more safely without too much worry. Security in this place, lacks big time of experience and fair do to man who got discoboy away as l dont blame the guard man because he stepped up and did his job but l blame the desk checkpoint and those other security guards he came in to contact with but somehow they took a blind eye to him so in this case the first guard that approached him was at risk but he was only one left to deal with it? What if it terrorist, who is responsible and why one guard method of dealing with this is three strong questions l like to address to whoever organised the security staff!

It has made me definately rethink any plans i had for any concerts if its this easy for some evil bastards to get in in the future.
