More than likely Blake did this to cover herself and to villainize Justin by leaking information about their feud to the public, it shows how high school and immature she really is. Everyone is talking about the on-set drama, the mean girl bullshit, and the reporter who almost quit her job because Blake was a mega b*tch in that interview. and you are telling me these are the reasons (if true, naming the sources would help to establish the veridicality of these statements) for her awful behaviour? 1. he did not say SHE IS FAT if he simply checked how much she weighed for his well-being, 2. lingered too much? how much? what's too much or too little? do they have a set amount of seconds to define what's too much? I understand that postpartum period can be challenging and hard on anyone, but if you do not feel good or simply not in your best mental space (nobody blames her for that), decline the project or ask to postpone it.
