this has been a 40 year problem for both wests magpies and balmain tigers THE BOARD old men looking after their mates. As someone that lives and works near tigers training ground/s i hardly ever see them on field training? It's easy to fix the problem from the top down you win you get paid you lose go get on a shovel or jackhammer for 40 hours.

Madge won a ring, Cleary has gone back to back, Sheens is the only one to have ever won them a ring and hes assisted by 2 of the most instrumental players in that one win and yet here we are 74-0

It's 95% a Western Suburbs board now. They have all the power. I think Balmain only have a 10% share in the club now and have one board member. Similar to St. George, the club is 50% Saints, 50% WIN Group, and they have one Illawarra board member who cannot vote on anything.

Lifelong tigers fan here. The league needs to add another team and then split into two tiers. The last team in the top nine is replaced at the end of the year with the top team from the bottom. This way you you get teams playing teams of similar ability. Getting absolutely flogged does NOTHING for the game and damages young players.

The media never mentions Pascor was also one of the higher ups at Penrith, he left around 2016 I think. He was the one behind renaming the ground Pepper Stadium for that sponsorship deal.

The whole tigers organisation needs a super hard reset with the clearing of everyone except the players. The NRL needs a relegation system where the bottom 4 or 7 teams play in a second tier competition to be elevated into the NRL if you win the 2nd tier comp like the do with the EPL in the uk. Or top 3 teams get elevated. The NRL can’t keep putting this atrocious product on the field and expecting fans to pay or watch this second rate footy. The tigers, bulldogs, knights, dragons and whoever else need to be held accountable for their losing ways.
