Alright, As a fire fighter, It's standard to have at least two trucks on scene just to be safe. Especially since some departments don't have equipment for wrecks on their engines. The three ambulances were a bit overkill, And you can never have too many cops in case the road is blocked in order to direct traffic. However, I can almost guarantee he used the jaws just for fun. We rarely use ours on wrecks because they aren't really needed unless someone is trapped or, Unlike here, We legitimately can't get the hood or trunk open. I can guarantee they probably got a new set and were dying to use them and used it as an excuse to do so. Unfortunately, I can't say it would hold up in court because there's a lot of loopholes and such that duchebags cops, FF/EMS use that think they're untouchable.
