Remember at the start of Cour 1 when that shinigami said wars happens when both sides are just? In Fake Karakura, Kyoraku said when wars happens both sides are in the wrong. I believe ichigo's mom is not on the reincarnation cycle anymore, she was a quincy killed by a hollow so her soul was destroyed (Unless the Auswählen robbing her powers counts as her becoming human, wich i don't think it does)

Masaki is quite exception cause she was Directly killed by the hollow which may have caused to force her into soul suicide given that she already had fragments of hollow white within her ..... Bleach is series that is constructed so that it is very hard to tell, if not outright impossible, who's good and who's evil. Sure Ichibe maintains the Statuos Quo and the previous world sucked. And Ywach wants to bring back that. Why cant none of them think of anything else to create instead of warring with eachother? Yes Ywach is a genocidal maniac with the biggest ego, But Ichibe is also a full-blown sociopath. Even Aizen who wants to do something different than both, pretending to not be a villain at the last moment before he is sealed, enacted his plans in the most cruel way possible beforehand. In the Bleach universe almost everyone in the higher ups is guilty of something really bad lol I mean look at the OG Gotei 13. Look at the current one with people like Mayuri and Zaraki. Thats what makes this series unique
