Great video ! Anyone who's been 4x'n knows this is the real deal. Its nice to see an actual 4wd video without the ridiculous metal music and shake cam .I would much rather watch these guys than some spoiled sponsored dudes in 100 thousand dollar rigs with a film crew .

It's bound to happen with so many of us are running CJ's. Thank you guys for the videos you save me so much time and effort trying to figure it out myself.

+mimixownzall For sure, as things break I am upgrading:) currently replacing the amc axles with Chevy half tons. Should be stout enough for my kinda wheeling. as soon as the motor or trans goes it'll be a 350 swap, just hope that's not anytime soon;)

I'm back in Florida now, so it's a bit of a trip. Maybe one day.

you don't know me but I will call you my friend on here if that's alright. I'm 64 years old and all my life I'd say maybe someday. Well my friend some day never comes! after my brother died I finely got a clue and started to travel (Asia) and started to do many of the things I dreamt of my whole life. I'm too sick to do many more adventures but I hope you will take my advice, WORK TO LIVE!!! Don't live to work! Try to plan an adventure at least every 2 years and go and do things you don't think you can do , meet people you don't think you will like or understand. Don't stay in motels or hotels, arrange to stay with common everyday people and learn their customs, you'll have a blast! Good luck and God bless!

where when how much whats required to have on your own jeep. looks like fun id love to try one day
@aseredy9 жыл бұрын
dsniper02 I'd imagine for around $10G to $15G total you could do most trails. Not many of the crazy obstacles in this video, but most light to med-light trails. You dont need a brand new Ruby, and probably want to start with a beater. For your fist rig, you probably want to build it to your skill level, so you're not encouraged to do something stupid and roll it. Some of the crawlers in this video look like they're decades long projects with $30 to $40G's of time and money.. if not double that :D
