I made my first wrap last week ("honey" mustard) and even though I used a food scale, have an Excalibur dehydrator, and followed instructions exactly - it took 3 days to dehydrate. I was very puzzled as to what i did wrong, but watching this I just realized my psyllium husks are labeled as "whole" not powder. I can only assume that is my problem. I am going to grind the psyllium into a powder and try it. So thank you for posting this video it helped me in more ways than you probably intended. 😂❤️

Oh my 3 days?!?! There must be something wrong with your temperature dial on your dehydrator. That’s my best guess. I’m thinking it’s not putting out enough warm air - perhaps contact Excalibur for help on that!

@@RawFoodRomance you may be right! It's brand new and it was the first time I had used it. I'm going to put the philly cheese steak wrap in this afternoon (now that I pulverized my psyllium more). If I'm still having issues after this batch I'll definitely get with Excalibur. I was so happy you put the wrap into a physical book ❤️ I think the only book of yours I don't have is the burger book. After I get that one Nates Dood Food is next on my list!

I'm SO GLAD I ran into the Bundle offer on Facebook! It's an AHH-MAZING deal! I bought early, early this morning and just got done downloading everything - and you can bet copies of the folder are going on a USB drive and Dropbox. I can't wait to start this journey! I have a huge 10-drawer dehydrator I'd bought some years ago on sale at Cabela's. I'm going to be busy making wraps, for sure, and while I was downloading, I saw everything else. What is the Shelf life of these dehydrated wrap?

Unwrapped they can last from a couple days to about 2 weeks (depending on if they are dried fully and also humidity levels and how you store them - details in the recipe book) and once filled and rolled up, they last about 1-3 days in the fridge depending what you fill them with.
