Blender 3 Stylized Sculpting Tutorial

In this Blender 3 tutorial I show the sculpting process for stylized hardsurface meshes. I create a simple model using the mesh tools in edit mode, then I voxel remesh the object in sculpt mode and use brushes like Clay Strips, Draw sharp, Scrape and pinch brush.

Oh my god, thank you so much, this lets me do what I wanted to. I have been fighting for 2 weeks with this program to make a custom door and a statue for a map in unity. This should solve the door now that I can actually sculpt a cube into the proper shape and make the details on it and might let me make the statue too. You just ended a atleast 20 hour war with blender.

It’s because he used clay strips brush not clay brush also with the remesh it gets a little chunky look

Quite honestly, this sculpt is actually detailed enough for it to be a realistic sculpt and not a stylized sculpt. The texturing process would be much simpler and faster than using hand drawn texturing and / or procedural texturing

Unless you want to use this in a 3d printer, you will need to retopo it considerably. You may as well instead use a normal texture map and push it onto the GPU instead.

No. You'll have to do retopo if you want to use it in a game engine. Then reducing the polycount and all the texture mapping stuff has to be done. If you want to print it, high resolution is not an issue.
