I've heard a lot of creators say fluid sims are really time consuming to get right (or realistic) because of the high sample count needed. I render mine out at 250 samples & I guess it's acceptable, it's when you start adding foam & bubbles that the time blows out. Great tutorial, love your work 👍🏼🦘🐨

Thanks! No matter what settings I change, my liquid never actually touches my obstacle, a couch cushion. It hits above the cushion about .5", like there's a force field around the the cushion. I have tried adjusting the collision surface thickness, I have tried adjusting the obstacle distance and threshold, increasing the resolution division, nothing has ANY effect at all, and I have tried extreme numbers in all settings, which is very frustrating. The liquid just doesn't look right hovering above the cushion. What am I doing wrong? Thank you for your help!

Have you applied your scale to your objects and DELETE all in cache? Try that and let me know if that works after re-baking. Also if you need additional help, feel free to message me on Instagram with screenshots!
