The new update already feels HUGE for me simply because of the new Principled BSDF and AgX. It's crazy to think that these two updates are only scratching the surface of everything that was added. Thank you Blender team!

Try taking your old scenes and switching between filmic and AGX. It adds a level of realism I never thought possible!

I've been working with blender for a couple of months now, and I feel like i've only leared about 1% of it. It's such a cool program, and I cannot wait to make my renders better and better, and soon get into animation aswell.
