Blender has drag and drop. They've been steadily incorporating it for a while now, and 4.2 supports pretty much everything at this point, near as I can tell from some brief testing.

It's painfully slower than 4.1 especially when opening a project or doing ctrl + z can really lag by several seconds

Haven’t found any issues so far, it’s likely that things like this would gradually be fixed though they’re pretty good with their updates!

The debate over whether Blender is an industry standard is influenced by commercial considerations and mostly a matter of perception.

@@BrockCreative Every Blender fanboy wet dream is to see their program become "industry standard". But what most of them dont realise is all those eyecandy features are just that - way to "sell" it as a good product. In serious production Blender just doesnt scale well in any scenario, be it just simple modeling, uv's or something fairly complex. Blender is and always will be just a toy for amateurs and majority of serious productions will be done with proven workhorses. So, no industry standard for you guys.

@@amigarulez I’m literally not fussed about what the industry standard is mate, I’m a freelancer so it doesn’t affect me whatsoever what studios use! Just bringing the information that blender are supplying! Appreciate your passion on the topic though 😂

Blender kills anything modeling speed... I use it professionally everyday after 15 years of 3dsmax experience. It just does the job. Won't be industry standard anytime soon but not because of feature reasons.
