Eyelids usually take a lot of time, this was such a simple approach with great results. Thanks!

Thank you Thank you. I have been looking for that exude circle hotkey for months. Did not even know it even existed. No one covers how to turn a square in to a circle. This was a perfect exercise.

This is one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. The speed at which he made this eye was like watching a NASCAR pit stop.

So I had an issue with this. When after doing this step @1:58 I had issues with my vertices. I tried to connect them but then nothing was working really well and even though it came out looking like eyelids, they still had too many edges and wouldn't round out. I think I'm going to run through this a few more times to see if I can get it though. But any advice on this issue (if I explained it right) would be helpful

Really helpful, thank you. Now, the only thing I really want to know is: how to do the blinking properly? With keyshapes, or FFD modifiers? (yes, I normally work with C4D, but your tutorial looked way simpler)

why did you rotate the sphere by 90 degrees on the x axis??
@Sharkalien102 жыл бұрын
Because the poles of a UV sphere make for a good iris/pupil since the edge loops are perfectly round

I don't know why this won't work for me. As soon as I get to the part where you apply the mirror modifier, it stops working for me because it will not mirror the object for me. I have done exactly as you have on your video and it will not work. Good tutorial, but will not work after certain point.
