Hey Everyone, welcome to my first Live Course! Being done together on BimVoice's platform This is following on from the Open source workflow course I published for free previously found here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/kKq1q3SOad1gfLM&ab_channel=IfcArchitect This course is for those of you who want to get into BlenderBim but find Blender Overwhelming. Since this is the first time we are running this we decided to keep it small. If you think this is right for you why not give it a go and sign up? For my BlenderBim course, that will come at a later date and be broken into a live course like this and a self paced pre-recorded course for those who prefer to go at their own pace.

Hi Aristocle, that is definitely the plan! Since this is the first time we are running the course, we want to see what feedback we can get to help shape the pre-recorded course a bit more. Keep an eye out it should be out shortly after the live course!

Hi, I am really interested, but I can not understand how the course can be 90 minutes, introduce blender to beginners, and reach advanced subjects such as blender bim to any serious level.... If there was a program of what might be covered, i would 1000% subscribe now. I would also be interested in a longer version that could get me up to full speed to produce architectural projects in Blender BIM :)

Hi Mark, this course will cover blender for those who want to get into Blender modelling for Construction To get that base content down and recorded before doing the BlenderBim course, BlenderBim itself will be covered in a separate course, all in all from Blender foundations to advance to Blenderbim modelling to advance, it is planned to be about 11hrs in total. That will come later and I think is what you are looking out for.

@@IfcArchitect it is exactly what i am looking for... look forward to seeing the link for this course. as a blender user i dont so much need the foundation of blender... but 1000% want to progress the BIM work in Blender

The IfcArchitect is an architect, and uses the BlenderBIM Add-on :) There's also the OpeningDesign architectural studio.
