if that does happen, and you goto autosave or recover and your file is quit.blend and it's in your temp folder, navigate to temp, to recover the file rename quit.blend to quit.blend1. Reopen that file, then resave that recovery file as your new backup

I have some questions for anyone PRO BLENDER USER or channel admin : 1. In how many years will I be able to learn all the things said in the video (I don't know anything except deleting a CUBE, not even DOUGHNUT🥲) 2. Devices I need in initial phase and after learning basics. 3. Can I make a short movie in it without even a single real life video. 4. Can AI completely replace it. 5. How many hours per day I have to give for Blender. 6. Is blender complete in itself or I need any other app too. 🛑 Ignore any grammar mistake
@blendereverything2 ай бұрын
1, its getting easier to learn blender now days, back when i started there were not as many tutorials as today, so a year is enough if you are dedicated 2, you will need a good pc if you want to make things faster 3. yes 4, no one knows for sure, but Ai is over hyped in some areas, some areas its actually good 5. thats yours to answer 6. no software is complete by itself, everyone in this industry has to use more than one, but as a beginner blender is enough
@flonkplonk16492 ай бұрын
1. Years.. but it's individually different and depends on your passion and willingness to learn (I'm still bad after 6 years..) 4. Only a matter of time. Yes. 6. For physical effects like fire,water,smoke Blender is not really good and very buggy. And very very slow. An alternative would be Embergen. The best and most expensive alternative would be Houdini of course (but that's hard to learn and completely different to Blender).

Blender is an all-in-one package, free, reliable and consistent. But for now any single module that you review separately - loses in comparison to the dedicated softwares. Only if you use it in a studio environment, where you have python programmers capable of writing modules for Blender - then you can make true miracles. But with all honesty - these 6 yrs I've been using Blender after 10+ years in 3dsmax were the best. Blender rocks

Things that the teacher was explaining it super accurately but they didn’t have the same effect done by me. Different version? Different something else? I’ve checked over and over with hours of frustration to see many other people online with the same problem. Then I gave up… no time for that, is already super complicated if it works, if it doesn’t it is barely impossible
