Blender: Modeling a Simple Watch

This was really helpful to me even as a complete beginner in modeling. I love watches, and want to experiment with some designs. I've honestly spent countless hours trying to figure out blender, and this makes it all seem so easy! You can actually create a simple sketch of a watch in about an hour :D

I would have to go back and check but it was probably the matcap and some post processing, not specifically blender.

I really am not sure at this time. I suppose you should just search for one and if you can't find one, maybe edit an image so it is square. Good luck.

I'm sorry about that. The website I used to host some of these reference images no longer exists. Is it possible for you to take a screenshot or find a similar image. Hope you can manage and thanks.
