Although fasting helps us to feel what poor people are experiencing and helps us preserve our food and not to waste it But the true thing to learn actually from fasting is self control , cuz every muslim has to control his actions very well and avoid doing any sins or mistakes so this helps us with that too .

There's little beauty. Those that don't cheat lay around all day sleeping and give "puasa puasa" as an excuse for not working. When they break fast the food intake usually far exceeds that which would normally consume in a normal day to the extent many put on weight. Anyone who's visited a Ramadan buffet will see food waste on monumental scales where plates are filled and then one or two items consumed before discarding what's left and going back again and again and again doing the same. The Malays are not a healthy people and diet (and inbreeding) is the main problem. Diabetes along with cardiac and circulatory problems are not helped by pointless and repeated fasting and bingeing.

Naila Nazir Yes ik the meaning! I did not drink, , patience, angry, or bad thoughts, or do bad things. I went with my friend to Muslim prayer mosque and we gave some food. I didn’t want to fast without knowing the meaning so I did a lot of research before hand. It really makes you wonder how fortunate you are to have the food and I’m very grateful. I was curious so I tried fasting as long as I can & will eat only rice with salt to break the fast. I fasted since morning till about 9pm until my mother forced me to eat. If you have your period or pregnant or have diseases that can be affected by fasting. Don't fast! It's okay for normal people, but it's not for these people. And even in Islam, these people are not allowed to fast. Or even if you puke during the day, you're advised to not continue the fasting. Ramadan teach us to always be grateful. Think about other ppl that cant eat at all bcos of war. Think about what if we help homeless person with food. Think about all the food we have but we dont eat. Such a waste right? That why we always have to remember not to be wasteful. If u have more then give. As a muslim i must remember that sometimes my 'rezeki (fortune)' do not belong to me only. Mybe it belong to someone else? So donate. Dont be stingy. Thank you blimey for doing this. To add what it means to be fasting in ramadhan is to control our mind and be patience in any condition, so we can be a better person when Ramadhan ended. As a Muslim i just want to give you some tip, when you have your breakfast, don't eat too much, just enough to fill your stomach, drink a warm sweet tea and finish it with drinking warm water. And at noon try to avoid anything close to restaurant or anything like that. And at sunset, break your fasting with a warm sweet drink first, that way we can have enough sugar in our body. Btw thanks for try to understand and even experience our religion culture. It's easier for us Muslims because we get used to it as we do it annually, plus we got to calm our mind by praying. That's why I believe it's hard for non Muslims to do it. But still you girls done it, thanks and 수고햇어요😊 Edit: lol i just realized this was posted last year😅

Usually we not eat a lot after fast break 😂 bcs we have to pray after that and its not comfortable if our stomach is full 😂 . And we prefer a sweet food / drink to fast break. Kurma is a must 😋

I’m so happy that people actually understand the meaning of Ramadan. Often a lot of people think it’s starving yourself because your religion tells you to but there is so much more to it. It’s supposed to be hard to understand and be grateful for the food and water we have while people can’t even eat anything or have water everyday. Thanks for this amazing video and spread the good word to everyone! 😊

Im so touched to see you guys r trying hard to fasting, not just by forbidding urself to not eating, bt u guys also try to reflect the gd thought about ramadan, be grateful, be positive..damn amazing..answering to the questions, how do we spend our days and how do we act gratefully..actually we hv 1 more big secret, we never feel hungry, in ramadhan we do work twice number than usual..because we recite the glorious Quran, our beloved friends and the words from Allah..

omg this is so hillarious!! i really like your channel!! but for your information, subh(morning prayer which also indicates the time to start fasting) in Seoul was around 3.15am. so, you guys should stop eating at that time, and breaking fast at 7.50pm. In korea right now is summer, thus night time is shorter than day time. it is differ with Malaysia because we don't have 4 seasons, so our time is pretty the same throughout the year. so we have to stop eating at 5.30 something and break fast at 7.30 something You guys are now in Malaysia, just saw it in Jade's instagram. Can't wait for Eid episode!!

Always during iftar you put so much food but you get full right away! The hardest part about fasting for me is how thirsty I get and also how much craving I feel. Yesterday I REALLY wanted to eat chips. Btw ramadan is in like a week. Excited

Tips: Drink a lot of water and reduce caffeine intake during 'sahur'. I personally doesn't drink coffee during sahur. It makes you dehydrated fast.

Some people don't understand the meaning of Ramadan and why Muslims have to fast.. Thank you for this video.. It helps to let others know the meaning of fasting and the holy month of Ramadan.. Also.. When we fast.. We spend less money.. Those money we do "sedekah" which means charity for the people who have less than us.. I really appreciate your video ladies.. Thank you

I want you to know that the hardest days of fasting are usually the first ones after a week or so your body begins to adjust to that and it no longer hard, so it's one of our prophet Muhammad- peace and blessing be upon him- habits is to fast two days during the week every month along with the 3 days when the moon is full, to keep our body in shape and familiar with fasting 🤗

The other beautiful thing about Ramadhan is that, you could feel how others wanted what you have, but couldn't. Just like when you wanted to drink water or fav drinks/beverages when you were thirsty. Many people in struggling countries didn't even have clean water supplies.
