YAY Just a few comments 1. I love the natural content you are posting, nothing is forced or overhyped. Who hasn't wanted to throw screwdrivers at a board or try and try something blindfolded, it's all real and believable. 2. I love how everybody is offering great feedback to help you grow your KZbin channel, everybody wants nothing but success for you. 3. The front flip from ring to ring may not be a new skill but it definitely would help with hand to eye coordination and reaction. 4. The way you talk, actually feels like you are talking to me directly rather than just at the camera. This is a skill not many people can do, and it comes naturally to you ... YAY. 5. I would love you to have a one on one with some circus trapeze artists, I reckon Pedro in Vegas would have a great time getting you to try different things, he was well impressed with you when you went with Magnus. You are the first person I ever subscribed to on KZbin ... and then an hour later I felt guilty and subscribed to Magnus "Meatball"

This is a great idea well-executed and very engaging to watch. However, one thing I think you could improve on is your titles - to get more traffic/views, your title should reflect your video content in an interest-waking way so that people who don't know you will click on it and get to know your content. Something like "Ninja warrior parcour - blindfold challenge!" would probably attract more attention, the titles you put are usually nice but not as informative. This is meant to be constructive criticism, I hope you don't take offense in it; your editing game is already on point and your content is super engaging, I think this channel will grow super fast if the algorythm notices non-subscribers click on it often. All the best :)

@@AntonFomenko don't forget to optimise your descriptions too! There's a lot of content out there for optimising your videos for YT rankings, although you should use prudence in selecting your advice as it can be an echo-chamber of advice that has no meaning (as with a lot of marketing advice). Above all though, i think the genuineness off your content speaks for itself. Don't let your time be overrun trying to over-optimise every detail in technical end, you'll get diminishing returns on the time you invest. Make that stuff easily repeatable so you spend 5 minutes on it, not hours 🙂

I want to make some remark about inner ear and experiment with earplugs. Earplugs will not affect your feeling of balance at all. Semicircular canals are the part of inner ear and have a liquid in it and also inner receptors to detect a movement of this liquid that will change depending on your head position. So earplugs will make you just hard of hearing. Sorry for my meticulousness :D
@MrSfep5 жыл бұрын
If you pay more attention to what I said you will notice (maybe) that my statement was about earplugs will not affect a sense of BALANCE and that's all. Anton said that he was expecting earplugs to affect balance. And they will definetely not. Point out exactly what i have said wrong? Even with that said your other statements about 'emotional beings' '5 senses to make awareness' have no sense. What does emotions have to do with senses in that context? Awareness of what? Vision gives you ~90% of information about environment and yes, it also helps to orientate your body in all directions. Test with closed eyes is called Romberg's test. It will be harder to stand like that for each one of us. So once again what is your point? You said blocking ONE of all senses out will make things harder. It will. But what things exactly? If you can't smell or hear anything will it make harder to run, jump, coordinate, do flips, be a well gymnast? I think the answer is no.
@MrSfep5 жыл бұрын
Ok, dude. That was a bad idea to even start responding to you. I was expecting some arguements in defend of your words but it seems you can only shifting from one unreasonable statement to another that are far from initial subject. Couple of cool training exercises to try - balance on one leg eyes open, then balance on one leg eyes closed. It demonstrates how visual sensory information assists with balance. Then for vestibular system and proprioception training buy some safety goggles and restrict your peripheral vision by painting the edges with black paint and using tape which is allows light but not v=clear vision - this way you can still see a sliver but can reduce it over time.
@qp0.025 жыл бұрын
If sensory restriction training is the goal use earplugs (won't affect balance), put your hands in an ice bucket so they are numb.. etc, I like where you are heading with this training, very cool!

That's very interesting, what you said about "Not-Hearing". Of course it's always very different, when one sense is missing, but for me (who has never done any gymnastics or anything) I would've said that Not-Seeing is far more difficult than Not-Hearing. But it makes perfect sense that it can affect your balance. I really like what you're doing and I have the feeling that every video you uploaded so far had an important message in it, which I can transfer into my very own life. Thank you for that! Grabbing the ring is probably easy because ... a) it isnt a fixed bar and thus will start to move with you, reducing the force required to hold on b) it has different heights, which makes it easier to find a spot to hold on, whereas a straight bar would not give a point to grapple if you hit it with your wrists for example
