I am so amazed, this guy whom is legally blind jumped in to assist the two officers. This is much different than the boneheads that just stand there and record while the police struggle. This man deserves complete recognition for his help from the city!!

I had optic neurosis in both eyes for over 2 months. Was completely blind except for a tiny sliver out of sides. I was caring for a newborn and a toddler at the time. Learned to not judge blindness. Its comes in many forms.
