My fiancé died on me February 27 of 2024. He asked me to marry him two weeks before he died and ordered my ring. My ring came in the day after he died, and I was not able to get it. They sent it back. I am beyond crushed I can’t eat breathe nothing sleep come so hard. This was his song to me. His soul one he was mine.. we laid him to rest March 2 next to his mother, where he wished to be. He struggled in this world and knew death would come find him when he was young he died two days after his 44th birthday. I will as long as there is breath in my body remember him and remember his memory. Pork and turtle shit show forever baby I got you!!! Rest, eternal peace, my love until we meet again. Please say a prayer for his soul. His name was Michael, John , Thomas Chitswara . Thank you.

I hope Soundgarden gets to release their final album with Chris' vocals. Too bad in Soundgarden's it's about the money being wanted my Chris' replacement wife for expensive trips and shopping vs giving the band and fans final closure and the gift Chris left to all of us per his wishes in interviews before his passing. When will enough money be enough money for her? She's holding the vocal tracks on Chris' laptop that he recorded WITH the band for the album hostage saying they are her tracks. Sorry lady. Chris said they were for the band in dozens of interviews. So the fans, the band members (his brothers for over 30 years) and Chris' ghost all wait for the courts to sort out her greed.
@frankeerhyme74163 жыл бұрын
@@MemphisJeepGirl It shouldn’t even have to go to court! Those songs were done by Soundgarden for the fans to ENJOY,not to sit on a computer somewhere while bullshit arguments about $$$ keep them hidden. It’s disgusting really,you’d think the wife would be proud of Chris having an entire album ready to release 🤷🏻♀️ The SG boys deserve some real closure aswell. We’re so lucky that Blind had all these extra songs,some of their most beautiful ones actually,to be able to release an entire album for all of us and his daughter. So many of the 90’s boys should still be here but at least they left their beauty for us all to enjoy 🖤

elkra100 passed. God, I hate when I do this to people but what if you don't know . I feel you need to. It's not he past away Shannon passed away, he'd probably wanna fuss at me for doing this But, I'd fuss at him for doing some of the stuff he did too. lol. I miss his crazy, sad ass. crazy ( good way) , he could sit and tt a bunch of ppl In a hole in the wall bar ,where Noone even noticed it was him and just have the most chill convos, like he wasn't even a "Rockstar" it was after he cut his hair . it's why I didn't notice it was him, I kept seeing a part of one of his tatts, and was thinking duh that looks so familiar and definitely not from around here. But it was a bar I'd been drinking and I drank like a man geez. He wasn't trying to hit on any girls ,just talking with a small group of people about Well ,Drugs. What he used to do, did before. I didn't have cable so I didn't even know he cut his hair and he really looked different even when he cut it med length, then short, bald. I did notice how damn pretty he was . lol. was thinking that's a pretty dude. I don't know of I wish I would have known are not , he seemed so relaxed and happy to be in a conversation with people, none of us knew him . Down here we don't care. Half the time I don't know if we even ask names we just talk to whoever ,if we don't even already know you, that night I was just talking to a bunch of guys ,I remember I had my back against the wall, and they were in a semi circle and we were all just talking. He came in there again when his hair was shorter..I swear he was wearing that same suit in his let's say last concert in Canada. bc when I watched it on here my heart dropped to my toes , it's like I had a flash back to that night seeing him outside the bar ,while walking to my car telling him bye looking over my shoulder. What a weird ass feeling. What a sweet guy. I miss him. Even though I didn't know it was him. lol. with my poor ass and no cable or even a working TV half the time .. Only cared if I had one that had a channel that could be hooked up to a vcr so I could let my kids watch their movies, cartoons I bought them. didn't care about me and TV I had my music.

This has to be the greatest song about soulmates ever created. Not just love, but the deeper more permanent version that all experience with only one person

How come, girl was there when I needed one How come, girl was there when the song is done Some say, open your eyes to a brighter light Okay, open my arms they were right She was my soul one She felt she was the only one She was the sun, the sky blue eyes She was my soul one Inside, pain in my heart often made her cry Outside, I cursed the birds and the sugar sky How long take to realize she's the one How long until I find my lost and lonely soul one She was my soul one She felt like the only one She was the sun, the sky blue eyes She was my soul one Should have never taken the time 'Cause I found myself living a lonely lie You said, you left to find yourself But I never, no I never got the chance to say good-bye She was my soul one I thought she was the only one I thought she was…

I hate to be that guy but a couple wrong words first 2 lines are; How come, no ones there when i needed one How come, no ones there when the song is done Ive noticed this when you search the lyrics too, so not your fault. If you watch the video its clear he say no one, not girl peace

What unbelievably amazing talent. I have been a fan since the beginning, and all these years later I still can't get enough. This whole band was absolutely phenomenal. The level of skill and musicianship put them on par with the best of the best musicians this world has ever seen, and I do not say that lightly.

I never really listened to these guys back in the day, other than "no rain" they didn't get much airplay. recently I saw the vh1 documentary and heard "change" for the first time. started to listen to the rest of their music and each song is better than the last but this song (and "mouthful of cavities") might be the best. what a loss to music and the world. R.I.P. Shannon, you are missed

Just a FYI to all. This is the first time I've heard this song, I'm 38. I happened upon it after listening to no rain 5 times and wanted to hear more blind melon... I can't believe I've never heard this song before. I feel robbed
