He did a thing on his discord server, where you could submit the name of someone you’ve lost, and then it would get added to the end. So all of the names on there are people that his fans have lost, and people him and his bands members have lost.

Love the in depth analysis. You need to check out a band called while she sleeps, especially their new song "to the flowers" a lot of great guitaring and a little bit of synth in there, but it works great together.

the ending with all the names was names of people who all his fans have lost , he did a thing where u could put the names of people u have lost to be memorialized (there was over 800 names its kinda sad) but it was really sweet in my opinion

So Evan purposely made it raw in form of no performance. The some was written by him and Cam (guitarist) regarding loss of Cams mom and Evans friend. The names at the 3nd are all names submitter by fans in memory of people they've lost. My daughters name is in there. There's a purpose to every aspect of the song and the video. I believe someone posted his song breakdown, which he does on his discord or every drop he goes live after and breaks everything down, the meaning of the lyrics and why, the video, ect. When you know the meanings behind his songs it just adds that much more to them and to his fans.

Definitely a great song but yeah, I had similar thoughts about this song being deserving of a music video fitting the theme. I'd say the best fitting music video he has at the moment that's not been covered as much would be "6 Seconds Left" so I'd definitely suggest that, whether it be a reaction or in your own time, I'd just have to warn it does more explicitly cover a heavy subject.
