Before then, they were stewards to the King of the Reach (House Gardener) but then they fell and Aegon granted House Tyrell Highgarden to rule over the Reach as wardens of the south and Lord Paramount of the Reach. During Robert's Rebellion House Tyrell stayed loyal to The Mad King and even almost took Storm's End along with House Tarly. Once Rhaegar died and they wiped out the Targaryens in King's Landing, the Reach bent the knee and Robert Baratheon forgave them. LOL The Reach is my favorite region. Put some respect on House Tyrell's name. They're not new to this, they're true to this.

It's a small detail but it's my favorite in this episode - when Drogon allowed Jon to touch him, the camera focused on his pupil dilating, signaling attraction or interest, like an automatic connection. Love that detail they put in! Drogon knows an alpha male when he sees one. Of course the Targ blood running through Jon's veins is a huge bonus.

I will never spoil anything. I hate anyone who gets pleasure out of ruining someone else's fun. I had episode 6 spoiled for me earlier, as a video with a super spoilery title was on THE DAMN KZbin FRONT PAGE! I was pretty pissed, so I watched the leaked episode. The spoiler I saw was one of many. I hadn't watched any leaked episodes this season (As I figured they were terrible quality, not to mention that it's playing in to the hackers hands, whereas this one was leaked by HBO themselves) but this one was 1080p and essentially the episode we'll see on Sunday. I really recommend watching the leak. Spoilers will be rife, and it's a long wait till Sunday. If you aren't going to watch the leak, then get the hell off of youtube, twitter and facebook! I wish you well friends, for the Web is Dark and full of Spoilers.

David Sproule i'vw had the scripts for season 8 spoiled...the entire season whilst they are most likly fake. Now i am at 32:22 on the video, so i don't know if later it was corrected or if there has been more, but i have seen that you have some doubts in some things, so i would like to explain them the best i can :). Some slightly corrections, the House that ruled the reach before the Tyrells was the Gardener House, and they ruled as kings of the Reach till Aegon the Conqueror arrived and...well, conquered them. He killed all the Gardener during the Field of Fire and put the house that were the Stewards to the Gardeners as the new leaders and lords of the Reach, that House was the Tyrells, and they have been Targaryen loyalist since then. The second most powerful house of the Reach is disputed between House Hightower, where the wife of Mace Tyrell is from, and House Redwine, the original house of Olenna before she married Luthor Tyrell, the father of Mace. I think that Calvin mentioned Castamere? If not then sorry, but if yes, Castamere was not a house, but the seat of House Reyne, on the Westerlands, the ones that rebelled against Tywin Lannister with the Tarbecks, and their defeat and genocide was the source of the famous "Rains of Castamere song". And the last one, yes Aerys the Mad King was married with his sister Rhaella, against both of their will, by their father the last king...it was not a pretty marriage. I hope this clears some of your doubts guys, and thanks again for the reaction and i can't wait for the next ones.

Blacksmiths are hugely strong. I would love to have a reunion between Arya and Gendry. I think they were falling in love before they were separated and Gendry would never be afraid of a strong woman. I also really want a Hound - Arya - Sansa reunion. They would have been dead without him. Or worse. And Brienne will be really surprised!! 1) Kudos on being the only ones to pick up on the difference between death by dragon fire and the more conventional being burned alive. 2) I think the reason they had the scene with Gilly and Randyll last season was to establish how xenophobic he was. He's actually really consistent in that way. He'd never support Dany BECAUSE of her army. I think had Dany come back alone and gained local support somehow, he'd be okay with her since she was Westerosi born, just exiled. But she came back with an army of Dothraki who are even worse than Wildlings.

The Tyrell's have been in charge of the reach since Agons conquest. The original leaders who were the gardeners were destroyed and the Tyrell's were there stewards. The Tyrell's bent the knee and were made the wardens of the west. They also sided with the targaryans during the rebellion and again bent the knee. So you are right Tarley should be loyal to Danny but I think he's more loyal to the current monarch regardless of house if that makes sense
