More explanation for "sheep dipped": Aaron was actually close with his bad joke. Sheep dipped comes from the phrase "a wolf in sheep's clothing". The covert operative, instead of wearing sheep's clothing, is "dipped" into sheep, appearing to be a sheep on the surface when in reality the operative is a wolf, in other words their identities are hidden or disguised.
