Ya know even with Tom's voice being auto-tuned to a good point in their actual music, his voice is awesome in the music and I would rather keep him in the band. It was almost painful to listen to their latest album California without his voice, and it certainly would have been better with him in it still, particularly with the guitar riffs and such.

If you watch, "Letters to God" live from BCR, you can see that he was already singing differently live. But in the studio for this album, he sounded just like his old self. If you watch the 2003 album launch, you can see he sounds just like TOYPAJ Tom when recording.

Man, what a silly thing to say. Listen to him sing pre-untitled era live, he was using so much fry in his voice (especially dude ranch days) and it eventually caught up to him. Untitled era was when he started kind of caring for his voice, but he got some sloppy half-assed advice and no one is willing to give him constructive criticism so he's gone down a bad road.
