The jews ofcourse like every other country possess a right to protect themselves. This however does not arm them with the right to oppress and indiscriminately kill. If they claim that God commanded this land into their possession(which he did), then they must also accept that he additionally(by Moses his prophet in that day) commanded them on how to treat foreigners who reside among them. No doubt let them protect themselves from the very person or particular group of persons committing criminal acts, but this is no excuse to exercise brutality and constant oppression against a whole nation of people, neither does it equip them with the right to extend the guilt of one or more individuals to others who directly had no role in the committing of the crime(s) suffered.
