I don’t need my hair to grow faster, but would like it to be thicker.

Seaweed, soy milk & silica. Got it. Thanks, Yasuko 😘!!

Fast isn't also thick. I say this as I have hair thinning due to androgenic alopecia. I'd very much like hair thickening. Anyway, good things for health here still. ✌🏻

Very true. Are you getting treated for your condition?

I also forget about things when I put them away 😅. I have to keep my vitamins on my kitchen table. I wonder if my hair is so healthy because I drink soy milk and eat nori almost everyday, too. Thanks for the info, Ms. Yasuko!

Soy in USA has been genetically altered. I don’t eat or drink soy for that reason. If you are inJapan, that soy is different.

Thank you Yasuko ... I lost most of my hair in September 2020 and though it's growing back, it's struggling; I liken it to toddler hair, that flyaway very fine hair that young children have before their hair is cut.

Ooh so sorry to hear this - wishing you good hair recovery. Similar to me & I hear that castor oil (raw, organic, unfiltered & hexane free) is good for hair growth. Perhaps along with the recommendations from Yasuko, our hair will be restored. Seems it’s not so acceptable for a women to have thin/no hair - crowning glory & all that! Best wishes.

I just bought a castor oil so I can experiment it 😊

Thank you Yasuko for such an informative video. I think you are on to something when you mentioned the "soy" gene. Just yesterday I ate a couple of vegetarian hotdogs topped with natto. It was actually delicious! So genetically satisfying...lol

Omg! I never thought of natto on hot dog but I found a recipe for “natto dog”!! 😆
