From Single Cell to Galactic God, evolve your creature in a universe of your own creations. Play through Spore's five evolutionary stages: Cell, Creature, Tribe, Civilization, and Space. Each stage has its own unique style, challenges, and goals. Some tips for cell stage (even though you've already left this stage) Stalk eyes are ineffective, they just give more for creatures to bite. Opt for eyes that go on the top. If you need to choose one over the other, put spikes on the butt; not the head! As long as there's a predator in the back and not the front, none of them can hurt you when you do this. But preferably have some on the front and back if you cannot bite, and if you can, have some on the back and the side. Or you can have them all over if you have the money for it. BIG SPIKES. As BIG as possible. Although this hardly makes ANY difference at all, objectively speaking, making your creature a bright, non-blue color would be best during most parts of this stage for helping you to keep your eyes on your creature. I don't have any trouble keeping track of my creature, so this is really completely skippable, but it is technically an advantage. Skinny creatures are harder to bite! Go skinny. Bigger mouths grab food easier! More range! Especially useful if you have spikes on your mouth, which make it difficult to reach food sometimes. If you're going to use poison, also get some cilia. You can then turn at a super fast speed and surround yourself with poison, thus making it difficult for predators to get you. Using both carnivore mouths and herbivore mouths lead to omnivorism. Choosing your diet NOW is important! The diet in the later stages is determined by how much of what you eat in this stage. Keep track of what you are in your evolution progress bar thingy. I don't remember what it's called. Now note a lot of these things (such as skinny creatures being harder to bite) are just my assumptions and may or may not be true, but I believe they are. Better safe than sorry, in any case.

Rev_dude yea sometimes its kinda hard, but by the way, the strongest weapon against those always angry/war dudes (in the middle of the galaxy) is the terraforming tool... They can only survive on extremly hot or cold planets :D

@blitz when designing your new creature, most of the body parts (limbs, torso and other "attachments") have some degree customisation. The torso has a spline that you can adjust to make your creature more upright and such. The arms and legs you can make longer, shorter, fatter or skinnier. And the mouths/defensive body parts can be made bigger/smaller and also can be rotated. I loved playing this game, and it's great to see it on KZbin 😀

Blitz there Are many to evolve omnivores carnivores and herbivores are all different from each other (MY fav. are the carnivores)later in a city stage u can have war and the factores u chose will show your city kind try to kill(carnivore) befriend and kill(omnivore) befriend (Herbivore)later u will find titan creatures dont try to attack them!Later when u discover wings through bones or befriending u should use them (op)but for now you should sit back and create or download many creatures and make them as weird as possible scorpions with eyes of a fish and wings etc.(I'm recommending to make a middle creature because its the easiest way to win the game and also u can continue the series in space stage for a long time[not recommended just play the game again and again its very addictive ] )~The spore pro!

My favourite path is carnivore, predator, friendly, and economic but usually there is no economic cities so i end up being religious and getting zealot for the space stage and accidentally breaking the galactic code

Some Playing Channel It's possible to kill the Titan creatures in the creature stage but it's very difficult. You have to have excellent speed and a good ranged attack. Then befriend as many ranged attackers as you can and slowly whittle away the Titans health. Takes a long time though, seeing that you do 2-4 dmg per attack and the Titan has some 500-1000 HP...

Blitz if you get the proboscis you can have both meat and plants. Then, if you look at the little evolution button in the corner before it's time to evolve, you can see what path ur on. Try getting as many parts as possible by killing other creatures early on. Tips in case you ever play the cell stage again.
