@@MoBreYT05 ye but tbh elo inflation happens in every single competitive game that doesn't have regular resets. It's because the players who were 7K in 2016, kept pushing into higher MMR, so the 7K got depleted of very good players and people who were 5K-6K climbed into their place. and so on and so on until after many years we have elo inflation. The only way to turn it back around would be to make a hard reset of MMR once in a while.

Legacy Skill does indeed exist in MOBAs. When I destroyed my keyboard and was craving for PUBs, I tried Mobile Legends Bang Bang. Reached Gold fast. Because characters/archetypes are similar/pretty much the same (same similarity as weapons in shooters). Hence it takes less time to adapt, so you get quite good quickly

I agree and disagree. I've been challenger in League and also love playing dota, I was able to breeze to high divine playing mostly Marci pos 2. I've since been told that's troll but it worked for me lol. I agree that keeping up with meta is the most difficult part of staying at a high level in a MOBA, but I do find there to be transferable skill between them. At least between league and dota. I didn't understand the specifics of dota, like what each character does, but I was able to win by being better at laning & teamfighting. Also atm I'm trying to get immortal after a long break, I'm not the greatest but still love the game

For instance, information processing speed is a legacy skill is very important in all games especially in moba because of the variety of things you need to keep track of.
