I love the video content but I can not watch the screen for the full 30 minute program as I end up stressed with a headache... The moving the cropping the volume problems are tough... I am a follower I believe Trinny is working incredibly hard to give the public excellent content...but the viewing is really tough.

Love The Shabir and Trinny Show. Brilliant. You mentioned at the beginning that would give tips for the day after having a disturbed sleep. Not necessarily sleep issues, more disturbed night with children etc. How to survive the next day, without slumping on the sofa. Many thanks xx

My dad has terrible sleep insomnia he’s a fireman so shift work has made sleep a major struggle. I just bought both those supplements Shabir suggested. You can only try. Sleeping pills has become something he’s relied on which he finds frustrating.

Brilliant!! You're a public health service. Thank you both. One question - could you talk about the glycine in Cherry Night? There's quite a large amount of this amino acid - which seems to be either very beneficial or toxic, depending on dose and the individual. And is it a tablespoon (as Trinny takes?) or a teaspoon?

I went on to this because the title suggest "How to deal with Bloating" but the focus is mainly about sleep so you have to scroll until I get to it. the actual info starts about 38 minutes in???

Trinny you mentioned if you go to sleep by 10 you are good if you go later it takes until 1230 or so.... auyervedic Medicine the day night cycle is divided into doshas and if you go to sleep by 10 that is the best time to allow you better sleep and best for your body and mind. You figured out on your own what has been known!

Is the GABA in Cherry Night the same as in the drugs Gabapentin and Pregabalin? If so would Cherry Night also be effective for treating nerve pain? I have been prescribed Gabapentin but am reluctant to take it because of the side effects!

I don’t know if you are aware that everyone you show is your rod it’s in front pf the camera the names are the other way round, as if in a mirror. It is terribly difficult to catch the name of the products, sometimes I can make a screen shot but not always. Please try to fix that. Otherwise, I love your videos and Shamil is a health guru! 👍👍👍

How do we know if we are buying potent vitamins without all those fillers?
@nanmrushton35865 жыл бұрын
Hi Shabir and Trinny, what do you think of the benefits if any of taking a age appropriate multivitamin? Are they even absorbed? On another topic... I understand taking a tablespoon or two of Non Filtered Apple Cider vinegar helps acid reflux as well as arthritis... Or is this an old wife's tail? I'm from South Jersey in the US so unfortunately I never catch your program live...:( Thank you for a wonderful program on current topics in women's health. PS. I asked prior to listening to the complete program... Thank you for the info. On Apple Cider vinegar.
@barbarathomas11515 жыл бұрын
Nan Rushton I guarantee you that Apple Cider Vinegar does would for acid reflux problems. I like the Bragg’s organic With the Mother brand, it is brilliant.

The health guru is so right take the natural form..of anything, or it will become toxic.
@pertelote45265 жыл бұрын
Unfortunately, it is hard to say what "natural" means. There is no precise definition of that term, unless we mean a real orange/carrot etc. on your plate. The pills he recommends are made of processed fruit, herbs etc.and they also contain other components; they are hardly natural then. The percentage of active ingredients in plants varies a lot, it is impossible to make all the "natural" tablets indentical without highly advanced technology. I would say something is 100% natural as long as it is in its original form. Nature can kill too, by the way.
@salomeelizabeth60265 жыл бұрын
@@pertelote4526 yes, I know, I was stating that eg; you possibly could not consume enough organic carrots to harm, yet to take Roaccutane/Isotretionoin, a form of artificial Vit A..which the body cannot cope with, this is when artifical becomes toxic.
