I actually went to this block recently, and they just added a new floor (3M) between 3 & 4. Not sure what that floor is supposed to serve as, but there is a bridge there as well

Suspect that Lift B's capacity was reduced a little on purpose to prevent it from getting damaged... Only saw less than 10 people yet the indicator already started displaying 'overload'.
