that's because books will inform you with information.....you still need a coach to guide you properly through the application aspect (you cant just read a really good book about being a doctor and then expect that to empower you to perform surgery :)....especially when you are a teenager.....if sprinting does not come naturally you have to be really mature to grasp it....coaching yourself is almost the same as operating on yourself....

@Hugebitch1 I wouldn't say it's as straight forward as you seem to think...Coach Tellez has been responsible for more sprint world records and Olympic medals than Coach Hart.
