Phenomenal to see the process of the best. I would love to see a video of you analysing your own starts like you’d do in a training session, explained on video. Like actually doing a start, noticing internal performance feedback (“I felt like I wasn’t leaning enough into the first stride” for example) and hearing you coach yourself. I think it will add so much to our process of what to look for. And props for your mental attitude - your positive self-talk is half the reason I keep showing up in this channel, to get a slice of it! 🙌

Noahs legs/limbs are soo gifted/built for sprinting. Rail thin and long with all the muscles high in the hip region. If i had those anatomical genetics, a sub 20s 200 would be no problem. ok that's a bit exaggerated but i really think it's such a critical component of sprinting fast and efficient.
