Amazing to time travel Steve, looking back at the weather then and as it is now I think snorkels and flippers now. Alex is proving that he now thinks of the job and now you are listening Steve. Plaster came off on Tuesday and it has been replaced with a stretch covering rather like a sock but its great to have a proper shower. I have ordered my new osmo and it arrives tomorrow (Saturday) be great to be able to post videos of my antics on my scooter. Please take care old friend its not good to see you in pain. @JayEFC1969 The fencing panel could be lifted out on the boundary fence. So, after consultation and agreement with the neighbour, access to that section of wall is a viable option via that route. 👍🧱😁

It really does . This particular insulation has to be attached tight the the inner leaf which is a pain in the butt 😫👍🏽🧱

Nice job guys .. it looks like the pur and pir insulation is getting used a lot more now in the uk ? It is a way better insulation compared to rock or glass wool , for a brick wall at least ;)

The best way would to be rake out the mortar course and put in a DPC section at a time. I'm currently doing this on a garage conversion that needs a DPC putting in so if you want a video of it being done for clarification leave me your email address and I'll send you some clips of it being done.

Developed for use in the retrofitting of older structures with moisture intrusion issues. No personal experience with it, so unsure about application, cost, warranty, etc., but worth some time to research IMHO. Cheers.
