His motor and jetting kit is just about the same as a pressure washing setup. He could get a Mudsucker or similar device that can pull all that muck out without breaking a sweat. I know they're readily available in OZ so I think he doesn't get these digging jobs very often.

People tend to be very focused on their routines. I was renewing some nonslip step tape the other week outside on a commercial buildings steps and people were just using the steps around me as though I wasn't there. Some said "oh sorry' as they kept going up & down the steps, even though there was an access ramp next to the steps, so I got inspired by you and got some red safety cones, the next size up to the ones you have and I'm going to get a Ratty type mascot to stand guard whenever I am on a job like that. Sometimes ya just gotta stick something right in their face cause people just don't seem to notice to go around to keep out of the way.

@@ashleyfalcon125 I did a job up the road installing 6 solar lights in various places beside the road in a 27 villa complex. I needed the safety cones and "Meeks", my MeerKat mascot who stands about 30cm height as though he is on look out duty next to one of the safety cones. A lady drove past and loved him. Seemed to work, depending on the person driving past. I haven't had a job since that required the safety cones and Meeks yet. But will keep doing this to see if it works on various other jobs that require it.

Watching this sort of clean out suggests to me adding a square ended shovel to your kit might be a good idea. It would help with loose dirt and flat bottomed catch basins. I still have a few hundred videos to catch up on, but I am working on it. Thanks.
