I can’t understand why people don’t clear the area first. If I’ve got someone coming to clean my carpets I empty the room, and there’s 0 chance of my stuff being covered in crap.
@Flyn8986 ай бұрын
It's pretty weird. I'd feel embarrassed honestly.

That's assuming people know where he will be jetting. It's hardly the same thing as getting carpets cleaned :)

@@yeahyouknowit176 I'd want him to _tell_ me if he had to open up anywhere I haven't already cleared away, so I can remove anything that would be ruined or difficult to clean.

What I don’t understand is why these people don’t clear out the surrounding area to make easier for Ollie and then don’t damage their property
@chrisduda1974rr6 ай бұрын
im wondering the same thing. i would want anyone to have to work in such tight quarters or get everything covered in raw sewage. 🤮 God bless Ollie, id be dry heaving up a storm
@piezoman796 ай бұрын
Probably the same reason they didn’t keep it cleared on any given day - laziness or out of sight out of mind.
@vinny1426 ай бұрын
Who says they haven't? 🙂 Also: before Ollie arrived they may not even have realised where the problem was or what was going to happen once Ollie got there. Ollie has made several videos that start with "blocked drain" and end up with a mechanical digger opening up a trench to replace a pipe that is damaged beyond repair. And Ollie is a good guy, if he sees something that would get damaged, he moves it out of the way.
@BigBabyJane6 ай бұрын
I just said that same thing to my husband about yesterday's video. Ollie was having to work around heaps of leaves and debris and a unwinded water hose on the sidewalk. I'm sure it makes his job much harder. But yeah, you're right. If you know the plumber is coming, have the courtesy to clean up the space they'll be working in. Sheesh!!

Ollie must have no sense of smell or a stomach of iron to do this job! Great video as always.

After a while your nose pretty much becomes blind/desensitized to sewage unlike with rancid fat which your nose really never gets used to
@DelticEngine6 ай бұрын
@@jasonrichardson1999 Maybe not getting used to the smell of rancid fat is a survival mechanism. Every animal needs to attend to nature so getting used to the smell of that is reasonable. Not getting used to the smell of rancid fat would provide a protection against eating something that would always be harmful and keep humans away from death and graveyards and the like.
