It's the 75th Bi-Weekly "Teamwork Makes the Dreamwork" Knights of Plumbing Super Secret Alleyway Meeting. The way you call the meeting is to have something go wrong, and need help. The signal for help is shining your flashlight in the sky and hollering- "I NEVER SHOULDA TOOK THIS JOB!", then Ollie appears randomly (nobody knows exactly how he knows but we assume he may just be endlessly circling all of Sydney like The Bat-Plumber looking to fight Fellow Plumber jobsite issues in his Plumbing & Customer Service Mobile). After that it's all downhill to Easy Street, and you swap stuff, advice and stories, which makes everyone happy and keeps your Fellow Plumbers out in the mean streets working, and they one day may come to your aid with super secret pipe knowledge you never thought of. Good job, Ollie!
