I agree, that's the more reason I prefer my day to day invt decisions being guided by a invt-coach, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using a invt-coach for over 2years+ and I've netted over 1.5million.

My advice : if you want average results, do what the average does, if you want execelent results, do what the 'excelents' do.

By harnessing the compounding effect, where returns generate further returns over time, and by focusing on holding investments for extended periods, individuals can accumulate substantial wealth. This approach emphasizes the importance of patience, strategic planning, and allowing time to work in favor of growing one's wealth.

These principals apply assuming you're confident in yourself and passionate about what you are doing: 1) Know your product and services well. 2) Know your targeted consumer well. 3) Know the industry well. 4) Master the vocal instrument; learn what persuades people and get good at it. 5) Ask yourself, "is what im doing actually useful?". We can all learn these skills. The question is what is your intention, because your efforts have to be intentional and explicit.

For many of us hearing theses pieces of advice won't come as news as we've heard it before, but an analogy that sticks with me everytime I seek this advice is the idea of going to an AA meeting (Alcoholics Anonymous) because the people who go aren't going to learn something new, they simply go because it's a reminder not to drink. We forget theses things as time goes on and it never hurts to come back to theses videos because it's not necessarily to learn something new, it's to remind us to follow our passions and chase our vision. I will succeed, it is not a question of if it will happen, it's simply a question of how and when, this channel will hit a million subscribers one day and I believe that with every ounce of my soul. So to whoever's reading this, follow your passion and don't give a damn what people say, the harder it gets the more you can be rest assured that you'll end up somewhere few people have been before. We all have greatness within us, don't settle for a normal life and be proud to say you are who you are and make your hometown proud to claim you as their own.

1. Write a catalogue of all the things you do in a day and ask yourself if there’s a problem to solve there. 2. The “idea muscle” can atrophy. Fill up your page with 10 ideas every day. After 6 months of doing that you become an idea machine. 3. The world doesn’t care about your ideas, you need to persuade them and show yourself as the one who can make it happen. 4. Build things for yourself, for fun. When you take pride in these things you will continue to look for those small details that can make the thing better. 5. Putting yourself in a business that doesn’t have limits. 6. You want to sound crazy but you want to actually be right. 7. If you aren’t having doubt you are not pushing the boundaries far enough. 8. Don’t focus on the success, focus on the solution you are providing to customers. 9. Why does your organization exist? 10. The story is more important than the balance sheet. Why do you do what you are doing? 11. Idea check. If I wouldn’t be involved in this idea and benefited from it directly, would I still want it to succeed? 12. Your actual real competitive advantage is not having the idea, is assembling the intelligence around does this idea work, what is the right team, and what are the right learnings. 13. It’s all about having the idea, executing the idea, and attracting other people to work on the idea. 14. You don’t have to be the best but you have to be dangerous. You have to know just enough to build an idea, concept it and show it to the world. And there will always 100s of people that are experts at every granular thing that will take your project to another level. You need to find the people and get them to believe in your idea so they can take it and make it better. 15. Often times the best methodology is starting with the perfect experience for just one person. Get that right and THEN try to scale. 16. When you are starting a new business don’t go for the small markets, target the small markets and dominate them quickly. 17. Constantly seek criticism. A well-thought critique about what you are doing is as valuable as gold. 18. Ask online communities about your idea. Or if they have some advice on what you are working on. You will hear from people all around the world who are passionate about the subject. 19. Don’t underestimate anyone who comes across. Whether they are blue colour, servers, or bartenders. The smartest leaders have always asked for everybody’s opinion. 20. Most startups that fail do it because ultimately they did not make something that people wanted it. They made something that they thought people would want. Or somebody else made something that people wanted even more. 21. Don’t listen to negativity. Learn to identify good criticism versus negativity. 22. Focus groups aren’t that good. You should integrate the concept of constantly testing your ideas while in the product development phases, and in the marketing phases. 23. What is the smallest possible test I can run, for this idea, for this theory? Get it out there and get customers using that. Customers are the only ones who will be able to tell you if it’s working or not. 24. It’s ok to focus on solving small problems first. Developing yourself into someone who has the capacity to do that. 25. Do something exceptional for your users. Whether community, connection, or design, this is our big advantage as startups. We can get away with doing this. 26. Spending your money on teaching and sharing goes a long way. Stop talking about yourself and start connecting with people by providing something they appreciate. Hiring a writer instead of a marketing person. 27. Realize that you can’t do everything and even if you can you shouldn’t. 28. Find a great partner. Very high intelligence, very high energy, very high integrity. 29. Aligned yourself with your goals. It’s fine to want to create a small business that makes good money, not everything has to be a big company. 30. A company is simply a group of people. As a leader, you have to be a great listener and a great motivator, and you have to be very good at praising and looking for the best in people. 31. My Job as an owner and entrepreneur are to make sure everyone has everything that they need to kick ass. 32. Be ok with Chaos. 33. You should have a vision but be flexible - open to changes. 34. Don’t even bother avoiding mistakes because you are going to make them anyway. Be cautious but ultimately the most important thing is learning quickly from mistakes and NOT GIVING UP. You have to bounce back. 35. Look for these things in people. Courage (you can learn) - Not giving up in the face of adversity. The Genius part is harder to force yourself to do. Courage is always more important than genius. 36. Optimism has a place. But as a first-time entrepreneur, you need to define all the worst-case scenarios in terms of financial loss, time loss, etc. Look at what you will learn if that happens and accept, and make peace with that. If you don’t do that and you start battling the world, by the first hiccup, you will become very demoralized and you will quit. 37. If you don’t love it, you won’t make it through the long period of pain that is inevitable. Make sure you take care of yourself while you are doing it, your physical health, and your mental health because it’s a long process.

Most of the tech people in this video studied computer science at college/university, which is how they got their ideas up and running. If you have an idea for a web business that is more than simply pages of information (which can still make you decent income), then computer science and programming skills are crucial. The only other alternative is hiring people to do the coding for you, but you'll need a lot of money/rich parents to do that. So while drive and passion will get you over the obstacles, you also need to acquire SKILLS. If you have to hire in all the technical aspects of your business you'll run yourself into a ton of debt.
