Blogging shortcuts. Do they really exist?

I started backwards by creating an info product that’s selling well on Etsy and now I’m building a blog around it. I’ve been following this channel for over 2 years and now I’m finally getting the course and starting my blog!

I love it! I think everyone with a product should have their own website, even if they sell on a platform like Etsy. It does a lot to show authority and legitimacy. And blog content can definitely earn you more traffic to your product and more sales. Welcome to Project 24!

I'm looking at a trifecta, actually. I'm starting my blog this month, YT videos that correspond with blog topics for it's own thing, to link in blogs, and to grow both at the same time (starting in Feb) and then no 3: to start a weekly free newsletter to jump in more depth, answer faqs from recent blogs and YT videos and as a place where people who are super interested in the topic can make sure they are alerted to new content. This newsletter will also become the top of my monetization funnel for my own products. Newsletter and first product to launch in March... we'll see how this plan goes!

What they say about KZbin is true. Since zi created my blog, I got 49 subscribers. However, my brand new channel got 79 subscribers. Almost all the traffic from my blog comes from KZbin. I am new but learning each day.

Is it worth including a link to blog posts related to your video you post as backlinks to your blog?

Absolutely. But I don't just do this for the backlink. It's a great way to send actual traffic to your blog too, and once they're on your blog they're a more valuable viewer and the likelihood that they'll come back and even make a purchase goes up.
